Great pizza but need to clean up more
We were at the Tanger Outlet Deer Park place today and the employees didn’t change their gloves after handling jalapeños and also the place was a mess - floors filled with garbage and the bathrooms were disgusting. A little extra effort would make it perfect, cause the pizza is great.Duranie4
That’s tomato paste, not sauce!
The tomato sauce is terrible. Tastes like tomato paste. They need a great tomato sauce that’s sweet, has some tomato seeds n a few chunks of tomato. When u ask for toppings like blue cheese, they give you only the smallest amount.
I asked for more cheese to cover the crust because the crust was 3 inches wide... the guy charged me extra.
The only good thing was the taste of the cheese.... that I had to overpay for.Show lessbittersauce

Thus is our go-to! Especially like the spicy organic sauce, sweet fennel sausage, spicy pepperoni, and all those veggies! Lots of drink choices, friendly help, and TV to boot!Biscotti12

Technical Difficulties
The service is always great. However always trying to redeem points or get promotional points online never seems to work in the Carmel Valley location seems to be a corporate problem constantly..lk88

I give the service a 3 not the food/restaurant. Idk if this guy was new but for some reason it took forever to make my 2 identical 2 topping (pepperoni & sausage) pizzas so as he’s making it the other employee with weave braids is also putting toppings on a pizza the way she turned her hair was on top of my pizza I heard him tell her “watch out because of your hair” she whispered “oh did it get on her pizza , did she see” I think he responded no which obviously I did if I’m typing this & he finished & put it in the oven , then took forever to ring me up when I asked to confirm what was on the chalkboard in the restaurant about if the wine was half off he didn’t know and just got the manager , they were out of the wine I wanted any way so I redeemed my free fountain drink only to find out after paying for my order that all the fountain drink options were only diet there was literally NOT ONE regular soda option & they followed up with a “sorry that was my mistake I should’ve told you”. I was just so irritated . The place itself is actually good I work across the street so I come here but some employees work faster & do a better job than the two that “helped” me today ! & this is the location on Folsom Blvd !Show lessLiyahLove21
Not receiving offers and promotions
I am not receiving the offers and promotions like advertised i have contacted via email and Instagram and haven’t heard back yet today is 3.14 day and it is advertised that if you are a member of the rev rewards you should have received a buy one get one offer in the app and it’s not thereJosh Suchovsky

Oscar at the register had great customer service. We paid for our pizzas for our kids not knowing Monday is “kids eat for free day” and Oscar made it up to us for our next visit with the kids. He made sure we were taken care of! Definitely because of this we will be repeat customers!!Dana O-K
