App no longer letting you earn rewards
Since updating to IOS 12, the app is no longer scanning barcodes from receipts or letting you enter manually to earn rewards. Very frustrating!SBiehler
Very good app; great pizza
I love PizzaRev and I like the app a lot. Minor quibble: the scan-your-barcode feature never works for me, so I have to enter the long number to record my purchase. But it’s worth it to get a free pizza every so often!Lisassup
Wants to be like Starbucks...very far to go
It's nice to have the app to avoid the lines, however the store doesn't know how to execute it. My order just gets forgotten about or not transmitted to the location. Needs workJanedoe80

Great Pizza
My hubby and I love the $6 pizza Tuesdays. The lines are long so have tried ordering on the app. The app is confusing when trying or order multiple pizzas and I have more that once gone to pick up my pizzas and have apparently ordered the same pizza twice. Love the pizza but the app could be a little more user friendly.Show lessBZep1514

Not connecting to Server. 3 stars for the app
I love your pizza! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I have eaten here every other week or so since August. The last few visits I am constantly getting a Cannot Connect to Server message on my iPhone. When I pull up all the apps that are open to close them, it shows the menu and my points. When I open it "cannot connect to Server". I want to be able to earn my rewards 😔Show lessHotAmethyst

Ordered online for 12pm pickup. Was there a few minutes ahead of time and order was ready. The employees were all very helpful and nice. Great service. Will definitely revisit!!specialka
