Easy process - pick your photos in the store, upload app and access on mobile or website (it doesn’t work on iPad) and enjoy your photos.
Photos I can’t download
So after spending hundreds of dollars on our visit to dolphin Cove, Montego Bay. Such a brilliant morning. Get back to the UK, download the app on to my iPad to retrieve my photos. I can’t download them. No hard copies printed t the actual place. And like I can just travel back, nope. Also I’ll only be able to look at them for a further 2 weeks before they are lost! What a scam! Download Encoding error! Cheers for ripping us off!

App works perfectly fine. They say use their wifi and you can download the photos within 24 hours. I was able to download the photos within 30 minutes after the dolphin experience. Follow instructions correctly and you can download them just fine. Quality is great too.
Horrible Scam!
If you can, have them to print your pictures and just capture the picture with your phone if you want digital. We were told our pics would be ready in 24 hours. Once I scanned the barcode, it says it hasn’t been activated. Then when I went online, it says it has been deactivated. We even sent them an email with no response.

This app was created by someone who knows nothing about apps!!! It’s the worst app ever because it DOES NOT WORK!! Leave app creation to the tech savvy people and you go back to work for KFC!!

I loved it it was amazing it downloaded it in seconds
Easy to use, gets the job done
This app is specifically for use with Dolphin Discovery and other affiliated companies. I did the dolphin discovery experience with my wife, we had a great time. They directed us to this app to download the pictures right after taking them, and the app is simple and intuitive to download the pictures they took. The interface is welcoming, download of pictures was easy. They also had a feature to create a video slideshow, which was pretty neat (though very basic). Good experience!

Great dolphin experience, awful app
I am not sure how this app has not been improved. One time my scanned code works, 30 times after, it continues to say it does not recognize the code and can’t bring up the pictures. When I asked, I was told I needed to be on WiFi but airplane mode or use a different phone (iPhone X). I’ll continue to try and hopefully the $250 we spent on pictures will not be a waste!

Bad connection
Don’t leave the gift shop. Wifi disconnected and you need to redownload it all.
