AMAZING
I loveeeed this experiment and I’m so happy that I was able to relive it with photos. All I had to do was wait 24 hours and was able to download the photos easily and super quickly. Downloading all of them at once takes a little longer butttt it is amazing and the photos are beautiful and worth the wait!!!!

Why something so simple ends up being so difficult
After capturing my code and selecting the download all button, the app says “A request for photos already exists.” So what??!!!!! Just let me download my PAID pictures!!!

Great App... need to wait for email
The app worked great. Entered code and confirmed my email. If you try to download pics before getting email you will get a message about request already being made. ***Wait For Email *** Before trying to download. Otherwise it won’t work. It downloaded my 134 pictures with no issue.

Does not work. Waited 24 hours after and still won’t let me download to my phone.
Does not work well at all
Trying to download it keeps giving error message of “this photo has already been requested” I am also not able to download as a whole group. I waited 24 hours, then 48 hours, but no luck. I can only view my pictures I can’t actually download then to my gallery.

This APP was great! We were able to download the APP and our pictures in just a few minutes while waiting at the airport to fly home.

As advertised, app lets you download 24 hours after your dolphin experience.
If you try to access and download pics before 24 hours, you may receive a message saying to wait a little longer, or you will be able to see your pictures but not download or share them.
About 20 hours after our experience, we logged into the app, verified our email, waited another ~30 minutes, and then all the pictures were able to be downloaded. Just follow the message promptings and be patient and then you will be able to download the pictures.

Does not work
The app was touted by the dolphin discovery staff as a way to download the photos you purchase on CD to your phone... which sounds great since who even has a CD drive anymore?! I am easily able to pull up the photos but it won’t let me download the photos individually or as a group and gives an error message every time that “the photo has already been requested”... It won’t let me click on the Facebook icon either as it also gives an error message saying “the photo must be downloaded before it can be shared”🤦♀️ I give up. App deleted.

Couldn’t even download my pictures
Not only did the app take forever to download, but upon downloading and putting in the photo code for the pictures I had already purchased, the app wouldn’t allow me to download any of them on my phone. Annoyed and frustrated.
No reason to have an app to download pics you can’t download
If I bought pictures, and would then like to download said photos on my phone. You should let me. Why offer an app to download pics if you can only download them at your location in MEXICO!
