it’s a bit better now since the update finally still got a few issues sometimes the jobs don’t pull up when you click on them and sometimes it will kinda strange but eh other than that going better nowCheshireBr

Still missing features that Work Classic offers like completion notes after finishing questions I’m testing this version compared the work classic, I think with time this app will be just fine 2/9/19 update Finishing questions have disappeared, still no way to create a job card on the new app, had just made the switch and was ready to have the rest of my company do the same but not I’m back peddling because finishing questions have disappeared again 9/30/2019 update Start and finishing questions still missing, seems like they just gave up on the app instead of fixing minor issues, and still sticking with the Fleetmatics Work app which hasn’t been updated in 6 months either... this app is still a tremendous failure, you can’t see you finishing questions till after you punch out of a job 3/26/22Show lessClue12syr

Hi, and thanks for the feedback. We recently released a fix for the issue with the Start & Finish Questions. This was a backend release and does not require an app update from the app store. This app is not that bad but the biggest issue is that it does not send you to the GPS locations after receiving a job and make sure that it’s accurate. Needs technical work on accuracy all in all it’s OKJoseph and Jesus

Important updates required
We have been using Verizon connect for a few years in our property maintenance company. This newer app work mobile is a lot quicker and easier to use for the guys in the field but some important features have been removed which is making us look els where. There is no option for quotation on the new app, there advice was for us to use the old outdated app for quotes but these won’t show up in the guys job list. You can only look at jobs two weeks in advance, custom fields you add don’t show on the app. On the office side it lacks ways to chase overdue invoices especially when you have several from one customer. If these issues could be improved I would give it 5 stars!!Show lessMaster property services
