  • Throw some money at it

    I assume this app was built to replace what’s now called Work Classic. However, I’m quite sure the developers have given up on fixing bugs, refining the interface, and adding useful features. On a busy day, I’m backed out of the screen I’m working on 40 times as I get the notification that “This job is no longer available.” Are you at all managed by The Verizon that has the #1 network in the US? Verizon Work, Fleetmatics, etc., are not up to par.

  • Do not use this app if you like things that work.

    Everything about this app is terrible. Switched for ConnectWise to this and it was the worst thing my company has done.

    There has been very little updating to this app in the last 7 months. Bug fixes and small issues might have been addressed but for some reason you are not listening to the end users. The functionality that is needed in the field has never been added. This could have been robust by now so I’m concerned this won’t ever “work” the way we were told it would when we signed on with Verizon Connect. What’s up Product Team? Why is it taking so long to get this going full steam?

  • less features than before

    why does the site name not appear ANYWHERE on the job in this app!? that’s a crucial piece of information that was listed on the old app and not on this one. they also are forcing users to use this new app (no longer supporting the old app) when it doesn’t even have as much features as the old one. contacting them makes no difference as we’ve told everyone we can about this problem for a long time now and nothing has changed.

  • NEED AN ADMIN APP

    There needs to be an admin app to make this program valuable. There needs to be a way to protect or hide certain documents or photos from the workers, but within the selected job’s details. Please make this possible. Whether that be a whole new admin app or a way to hide certain documents by putting them into a protective mode of some sort.

  • Looks good but limited

    Either make another app for managers or make additional features it this one, such as:
    1. Creating invoices and quotes, this app meant only for techs thy have an office does all the work at the office in real-times.
    2. Take payment via stripe thru the app.
    3. See all the jobs and not only jobs associated to you.

    I’m sorry you’re not having a great experience with the app. The app currently does allow techs to invoice from the field. Also, while you cannot view active jobs assigned to other techs, you can see the history of all jobs performed at a client regardless of which tech did the work.     The new app looks great, cleaned up the job cards etc…
    Why did you eliminate the option to make quotes on the phone & a tech now cannot start a new job from the phone.

    Why take away options the old app had?
