$84 and it’s still not right
How hard would it be to include the celery and carrots placed with an $84 order? One of my meals literally had carrots and celery as a side. Why do we pay so much for food just to not get what was ordered. I’m just disappointed that I spent that much and didn’t get not only the complementary veggies but the side that should have been included in a $13 meal. Do you just not care?

Lost customer!
So order wings and tacos on the app. Get home, no wings…. Called and asked them to remake WHOLE order because mine will be cold till I go back out and get them. Get there they only remade wings. But if I go back home again and get other food, they will remake it. Told them if they would have asked me to bring it back when I talked to them,that would have been no problem, but they didn’t even mention that when I called. Manager refused to make it right. So for $10 worth of tacos and fries they lost customers!

The best
This app is easy to use and very convenient. With ECW being able to deliver to my home is just a blessing lol. It beats having to wait for someone to answer the phone and they even get the order correct every time.

I love the app because it's super easy to order and navigate, it saves your information and I have never had a problem with it. The food is great and fresh always.

Absolutely love this app! Absolutely love this restaurant too! All is easy to use & when I hit submit, my order is ready for pickup in 15 minutes or less! Fantastic!!!
Aweful
The wings were dry. There was hardly any sauce on them. The burger was tasteless and extra cheese was requested but there was none, the lettuce was soggy and bitter. We have had multiple bad experiences here but this is the first complaint I’m sending in. Please do better.
Always quality food!
The employees are great and respectful also. Hubby and I LOVE Harvest Apple flavor! Reminds us of home! Please don’t ever get rid of this one!!
