  • Great concept

The game is a bit challenging and has a lurking curve but it’s also a good puzzle experience and makes beautiful shapes
  • A puzzle game about additive synthesis

Funnily enough, the first 15 levels or so were super intuitive for me as a composer who frequently works with synthesizers and is fairly familiar with additive synthesis. But the puzzles can got pretty challenging pretty quickly and I’ve been enjoying the hell out of them so far.
  • Amazing pastime!

Kerflux is a great game I can play to pass the time. I even like the non-intrusive system where it ask how much you think the game is worth, without any ads or annoying micro transactions. I’d honestly pay the maximum (which is $9.99), but I don’t have the money, and I’m leaving a review instead. If I could spend it, I would. These developers deserve it.
  • Fourier Analysis: The Game

Kerflux presents a unique challenge of picking up on visual cues and component patterns as you try to build the waveform out of simple harmonic building blocks. As an introduction to a field of math that had previously scared me off just from hearing the name, this game provides a simple and intuitive expression of Fourier analysis.

I love a game that really engages the brain. 151 waves in and it’s still an interesting endeavor.

    Criticism:
I really hate how the solution-assist (that thing that will slightly adjust all the waves into a perfect fit when you’ve got it all the components in a close enough position) is so sensitive. Too often I’ve seen the waves drift into place while I was still trying to understand what I was doing and how the waves were building.

On that same note I also wish the audio cues made more sense. I’m not asking to listen to the timbre of each wave (what the shape of the wave actually sounds like). As interesting a challenge as that might be that i get the feeling that would probably not be pleasant. It would, however, be really cool if each wave that was more in place would reveal a different part of the soundtrack instead of the whole track fading in and out.

I don’t know, I mostly play with the sound off cuz I don’t like how it helps me solve the puzzle without actually understanding and solving the puzzle.
  • Beauty of Kerflux

Each wave either amplifies or interferes every other wave depending on the position they have in relation to one another. It’s accurate, beautiful and so addicting.
  • Pretty chill and no ads so u should get it

What more do u want. The no ads thing alone should win them a novel prize
  • 🍤🍚🍥

This game is wonderful– I love it and how it has various options for payment
  • Great game

Besides being just a good game to relax to there are no ads. Not a single one and you pay what you feel the game is worth which I think is unique in this day and age.
  • Review

Bro this game is so hype! It's interesting and it keeps you thinking, it's easy and fun! I love it and if I had money I would have given it money!
  • 10/10 Game

This game stands out to me from all the other games. With 99 waves, there will be challenges for hours. I personally enjoyed the game, but a good feature that should be added is the ability to replay levels.
