Amazed
Loved this little shopping outlet .. TBH I didn’t know it existed until I book the travelodge for a stop over on our route I visited the outlets and was very impressed so much I’m coming back for a longer visit and larger shop.

I arrived at 9-30 on Saturday and both electric charge pods were in use. I have been again at 4 pm and the same 2 cars still on. As they are supposed to be for customers I do wonder why. We are staying at the travel lodge so . I also tried to become a vip so I could enter for the MG, I spent 45 minutes trying but it wouldn’t work, I spoke to 2 other people who said they had given up. I have had a walk around and the gardens are beautiful.

Frustrating!!
Tried to download to iPad without success but managed to download to iPhone. Unable to find anywhere to add card details to enable easier car parking. No help information.
Great shopping experience
I just love Springfields. What a lovely environment to shop and get a discount on high end clothing and goods. It’s a bit of a drive for me but just makes me smile even if I don’t want to buy anything it’s a nice day out. Lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Christmas has just kicked in and sparkly lights line the main walkways. Oh and not to forget very reasonable parking fees which again keeps people coming back regularly. My ‘go to’ place 😜.

Still same problems with app, but introduced new ones with update
The new update from 5 days ago has occurred. I have found that it still logs you out for no good reason at random times. Still getting pestered about personalised messages about offer direct to phone when you decline that function. The parking feature now asks you to pay by card/ stored card on phone, and does not access any stored credit from previous loading onto app before update, and seems no way to get this money back.
Not good. Stability for paying for parking also still dodgy on iPhone, and only sometime works.

Paying for parking
I’ve been trying for over a year now to pay for parking on my phone. I was told by someone from Springfields who was at the machine that it’s a common problem with iPhones. Frustrating to say the least, when I have full network coverage and it just won’t scan the ticket.

The App works smoothly and I get an extra 10% discount on top of the great 60% discounts on most brands and products already. Win win!
Parking payment doesn’t work
Thought I would save myself some time and use the app to pay for parking. Managed to load £6 onto it very easily. However, after finishing shopping I scanned my parking ticket and expected the app to take £2 payment. Tried many times and the app just said the server connection was too slow to function. Ended up paying another £2 at the machine to be able to leave the car park. Couldn’t find any way of contacting anyone to get the £6 refunded, so not impressed.

Pop up hell
Please turn the annoying pop up off that continually asks if I want personalised offers. Someone else referred to this as like the whack a mole game and that is such a good comparison. I have only just downloaded the app in the last 5 minutes and have had to decline the pop up about 30 times.
Utterly useless
The only thing I find half interesting are the notifications when there's a deal coming up. Click on the notification to find out more and it just takes you to the home page. Ones in the app you can't easily find those notifications or anything interesting at all.
