Could not pay for parking
Downloaded the app for a recent visit, followed the instructions to pay for parking and although the app lets you buy car parking credits, being able to use them is impossible as the button is unresponsive meaning I had to pay twice. Avoid at all costs

Asks for far too much information and doesn't seem secure
I like the idea in principle - but to benefit you have to register which requires filling out a long form which asks for way for info than would be needed (date of birth for example). You can't even use a Google account to sign in, so you need to trust that they store on a sufficiently secure database. When the upcoming events includes a next sale starting in July (it's January as I write this) something isn't quite right...

Parking App still not working
There have been problems with iPhone 13 Mini reading parking tickets ever since they were released. The new release of the App has made no difference. We have two iPhone 13 Minis so it’s not the phone. IPhone Mini 12’s worked fine every time.
Don’t use the app to pay for parking
We thought we were so clever downloading the app to pay for parking to skip the giant queue for the machines. To pay for parking you first need to add £5 credit. Nearly 15 minutes later it finally managed to scan our ticket without saying error. There’s no free month parking. This app is so buggy, the pay for parking feature needs removing until they make it work properly. Extremely frustrating.

Infuriating login process with Face ID
If you use FaceID to store passwords then the app clears the password box after you enter the password, which then prevents you logging in! App also tells you to log in to pay for parking, when you are already logged in and can see your credit. Clearly could do with more testing!
Shopping trip
Love Springfields. We had a lovely toms shopping followed by a tasty lunch. Perfect. Can’t wait to go again.
Feeling safe
Springfields is a great shopping experience, open air and plenty of space; I always feel safe shopping at the centre. Nice big car park to.

I love going to Springfield shopping outlet it’s so well set out lots of shops and also the gardens. Makes a lovely day out for both young and old alike

I like this idea of the app as sometimes I forget my card now I will always have this with me
