Parking app waste of time
Used the parking app to put credit on so I could save time having to queue at a machine and find change. The app took my money but 3 hours later it still wasn’t showing as credit so I had to use the machines! No where on the app does it tell you that you have to completely log out and back in again for the credit to show. I have never experienced any other app on my phone where you have to do this either. Somewhat of an amateur app!!
After emailing customer services i got a reply several hours after I had left telling me to log out and back in the app. Still waiting for my money back as I won’t be using a poorly developed app again!

This has now been fixed with the latest update so trust this will have rectified your credit correctly.
