I didn’t have any issues with the setup, and the check-ins went very smoothly for our event of over 1,000 check ins.
Doesn’t work
App crashes at log in doesn’t let you access the app at all.

Still working through the staging environment but can’t wait to see this app in action at our next event.
Could be great, but it isn’t!
Very buggy. Regularly crashes so you are unable to scan. Constantly shows the wheel turning and turning and nothing happens. Also it pushes people from different dates onto the current event date so you never have an accurate figure of who will be attending the event that day.
Dreadful design
The app appears to work ok, but black and slightly less black are not practical colours for any UX.
It also doesn't appear to support iPhone 8 screens as the text goes off the side of the screen.
This is supposed to be an integral part of speeding up check-ins at events, but if users struggle to see the screen, it’s going to create delays.
