Completely unable to pair using any recent iOS version. I’ve contacted support and they said ‘too bad, use an old iOS version’. ..an amazingly poor response. How is a non-functional app in the App Store????? Apple, please help!!!Annoying alerts

Connection problem and router connection to MeBo could not be established
The robot’s good and all, however I stopped using it for almost 2 years. Then after I started using it today but I couldn’t find the WiFi and it keeps on telling me to turn it off and on. My last complaint is the router connection could not be established.MrHippo124
