Amazing
I love it but it only works for two minutes but I think I can fix itjusjdjd
Mebo. It's all fun after the first setup
It worth for 100$. It is a great device. Want more upgrades or features for it which will be fun.
Pros
1. Lives up to its name. Fast and precision
2. Connection is spot on router mode. It has to connected to your wifi. No loosing connection
3. Have fun. Not as good as cosmos. But it is good and worth it.
Cons.
1 initial set up is pain. I almost returned the item.
2. Need a tech savvy person for initial setup. Who knows about wifi connections and firmware upgrades
Tips
1. Update firmware. Else it will be unusable or unstable
2. Router mode is the way to go. If you want broadcast mode then this is not for you
3. Use iPad so it's easy to control than with an iPhone.
4. If you can't find mebo in router mode. Restart mebo and wait till the camera lights are on. 15 seconds approx.Show lessiPhoneBatman
I Have A Tip For You! READ ME
I used to not be able to use this! It would work for 2 minutes and sometimes not even work at all!! Then, we went into the settings and switched it to router mode. (You do have to enter your wifi password I believe)We charged the battery up (which has a decent battery life BTW) and turned on Mebo. Instead of broadcast mode Mebo will say router mode. It does work very well now except the camera wasn't able to pick up very bright colors. I just think people need to read this so their Mebo can work too!!Show lessoh that’s not...
Disapointing
I got this for Christmas and finally got around to downloading the app. I was really excited until the screen began to go white and light grey every few minutes. When it wasn't like that, the vision was very blurry. I lost complete connection to the robot every few minutes. It was really disappointing for me, as I was very excited about this.Show lessBreeder68
Love it but...
I absolutely love this robot. I can do a lot with it but it only last 2-4 minutes then it loses connection. I have high speed wifi so that is kot an issue, but the connection is not up to par. Please fix this. Sales will increase I promise. The robot was worth every penny but the software needs updated immediately.Show lessAroz13
Good but not the best.
I think my dad's friend got me a good gift. This new update is better than before but it still freezes a little and doesn't move. It sometimes runs into walls. The camera's picture kinda distorts at times. Fun idea but kinda disappointing. Ok xmas gift.Al Tilley The Bum
Fixer upper
I got the robot for Christmas and love it! But, I can't play with it much because of the app. The app keeps on freezing up every five minutes! It's really aggravating! And it's hard to control! If you could just fix it, I might give two more stars!Pet possum
Terrible!!!
I bought this robot for $169 and the app doesn't even work on my device. I have an Apple iPhone 4s, the skyrocket blimp shows up for 10 seconds and then exits me out to the home screen. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you can't this robot is a ripoff and should cost like $1!!Joey Dexter
Do not buy this product.
After buying from Walmart I played with it two times. After that I was not able to connect to it long enough to play with it anymore. Maybe other people's high speed internet will do better. Tried to contact support and got one reply asking what I have it connected to. That was 5 days ago. I don't recommend the purchase of this company's products. Especially with cruddy instructions, nonexistent troubleshooting, and no warranty on a bad product.Show lessFlannelbob
