When I was going to play on my mebo it didn't turn on and the camera always glitches this thing should fix that then use it at friends houses.Dangamer102
Waste of money
Took forever to get this thing updated and connected. It won't even work with my kids iPod touch and constantly looses connection with my phone. Camera is intermittent. If all of this is app related then PLEASE update the app.Luvjonz26
Software update
It has a horrible time connecting. I brought my son yo work with me today and we have reset it 10 time or more and it will not to Wi-Fi. At home it will connect after many tries. It says you can take it anywhere and connect but that statement is false. I have one disappointed little boy!😡Bella0913
Starting MeBo
I got my mēBo Christmas Eve, I have had lots of fun. But getting mebo started takes me over 10 minutes to start past the connecting!!! Please fix so I can actually load into mebo and play with him!!!! Most of my time is wasted trying to start mebo!!!Dndhfhfn dkdsmsjsks
It's good for a 1st generation
You must have a good internet connection to your router. The controls work well. the camera could be clearer. I'm excited for new and better versions coming in the futuredoGooder15
Not working with iPod touch.
I purchased MeBo for my 7 year old son for Christmas. He has a 5th generation iPod touch with iOS 9. The app downloads, but will not open. It shows the rocket screen for about 10 seconds and reverts back to the home screen showing all the app tiles. Relaunching does not help. Neither does resetting or reinstalling.Show lessHaneTrain

Not so great
I would probably return this robot if my 2 year old son didn't love it so much. The controls are not accurate as in too close together. It would be nice if you could just push the straight button and it would go until you let the button go. Half the time it doesn't connect so you have to reset the robot or the app several times. Also it advertises that it works from anywhere in the world IT DOESNT! So that is definitely false advertising. Honestly i believe it has a lot of potential but I really hope they get their stuff together soon because as of now I'm having buyers remorse.Show lessEodraz
Wish there was a Bluetooth option
This is a fun toy when it works but the wifi it runs on isn't always the best option if it had a Bluetooth connection for when you are close to it everything would be betterAl22..
It does not work!!!
Anytime I try to connect to my Mebo I am greeted with an "incorrect password" error. The only way I can get around this is to physically reset the robot and do the set up....every singe time I want to play with it and now with the new update I can't even do that. He is even more useless. I love the idea but I wasted 150 bucks on a machine that is now a paperweight. Please help me.Show lessTheRealLewisA
