Not working
I have downloaded this app three times now and it still tells me that there’s no restaurant within 50 miles of me. I keep hoping that they fix it because this is one of my favorite restaurants. I hope eventually they get this fixed but I guess I’ll just delete it again and go with other options that are more convenient.Jadeness7
Program is not good
The app itself isn’t bad but the program is ridiculous. You earn the rewards but have a very short period of time during which they can be used. If you don’t use them in time you lose credit for all 3 visits and have to completely start over. Definitely not worth it for families with kids who can’t go to fancy restaurants every month.Guitarsandguns

I love the bone fish grill app. It is easy to use, it tracks my rewards and I can make reservations. I would recommend this app to use to enjoy fine dining and get rewarded while doing so.Lady in Red 92

I’m writing this review in hopes that someone at corporate will respond. I doubt that anyone higher than the average reviewer will read this.
I admit that, whilst I do not visit Bonefish on a regular basis, I do enjoy their product. This review is in reference to this app.
This app is useless and a waste of your time. The ONLY thing that useful is the option to make reservations. Our local spot here in eastern Georgia (hint: the is ONLY semi-large city east of Atlanta) is popular and fairly busy. The staff is great, and I would highly recommend stopping by...right before you get to South Carolina (hint #2: you WILL NOT find any good restaurants right off I-20 in South Carolina).
Again, corporate will not read this review, Apple will not delete it, I do not want any compensation. Just make a better app. Everyone else let’s you order online.bgdady36
Very convenient to use
App is nice although you still have to manually have server add phone number to make everything work. Every time we used the app it works well. I can make reservations and then see and pay the bill without any problems.EdV9240
Good but limited
Online account has more info. App does not show our previous visit 3 weeks ago) but does show when we go online via webpage. Still, convenient way to pay and view menu. The food was really good!1db
This App Works!
I find the Bonefish app to be very user friendly. It is easy to navigate and make a reservation. If you enjoy great food and like to go to a restaurant that consistently delivers a great experience, why wouldn’t you want to use their app.*?!\&@!!/**!
Can’t confirm reservation
It was working fine until December 2018. Each time when get to the confirmation of the reservation, it gives me sorry something is wrong message. I can’t confirm my reservation and have to call to make one. It defeats the purpose of using the app to make a reservation. The problem started in December and has not gone away.GoldenSwordfish
Easy to use but...
The page where you enter your credit card info looks like you need to add a gift card which is true but it is also where you put your credit card info. The window below should say something like: add credit card.onlineshopper1951

I love the bonefish app. It’s so convenient paying my order through here and being able to split the bill with different payments is awesome for when my co workers and I order. And may I add that the bang bang shrimp is amazing.Maria.FF
