  • Great place for a date or groups

    My wife had rainbow trout and I had fresh Atlantic salmon with mashed potatoes, spinach, and rice. All delicious. And the service was fine. The imperial dip appetizer was also good. Crowd noise was acceptable for a Friday evening. Definitely recommend coming here. We’ve been here several times. I didn’t give it a five star rating because I think soup or salad should come with the entree.
  • Start to finish perfection

    Reservation worked like a charm, seated right away. The bread was warm and tasty,
    The shrimp and scallops were perfectly cooked and a nice size and the sides were spit on. No issues except the app couldn’t scan my card but manual entry worked.

    A great evening meal.

    Only thing I can sad bad is it takes a while to process. Should be quicker. Feel like it didn’t work so you want to do it again but it is working just takes a while.
  • Great app

    I originally downloaded this to make my reservations, which was great. I added Dining Rewards with no problem and it keeps track fine, and even tells me about discounts I'm entitled to. And as a customer who always pays with a gift card, it was perfect! In the past I've had to send my phone away with the server (always a little scary) but the app showed me my bill, let me input the card, and even add the tip from the gift card. It was a little slow, but could have been due to having one or two bars.

    My only request for an enhancement would be the ability to add my gift card to be stored in the app so I didn't have to type it in at the table. But overall I'm very happy with it! Bonefish is one of our favorite restaurants.
  • Epic Fail!!

    Have tried to use this app three different times and keep getting an error that my credit card info is incorrect. Deleted the app and reentered my credit card info again. After about 20 minutes of trying to scan my credit card I had to enter the info manually because it would not scan. This app definitely needs some fine tuning. And don’t ask your server for help because they know absolutely nothing about this app or how it works!!!
  • Epic fail, charged credit card 3 times

    User beware... I was looking forward to paying with the app, but what a mess it caused. I had carefully pre-entered credit card info, but the app gave an error, that my card info was wrong. I entered info again while sitting in the restaurant, it said error, bad info... tried a 3rd time, same error. I showed this to the server (who had no clue you could even pay on the app) gave my (same) card to server to pay. Next day—card shows all FOUR charges.

    So... guess what, there’s no tech support for the app! And the customer service phone # for bonefish just goes to a generic voicemail right away, no way to reach a human.

    I used the web form to type in all this info —there’s no option for app support—and very tedious and time consuming... and after a few days someone called me. He said he’d remove all four charges to make things right and for the hassle... then... only removed three. And it didn’t enter my dine rewards visit either, so more wasted time there. Probably wasted better part of an hour all told. Bleah. :(

    So while I’d love to use the app to pay, no way will I try it again.
  • Can’t link my app to my rewards account

    Help! Every time I try to link my app to my existing rewards account, it thinks I’m signing up and tells me that I already have an account. Well, I know! That is why I chose to link an existing account and not register a new one. This needs to be fixed. It is very frustrating. Why pay through the app to get rewards if you can’t link to your rewards account.
  • My Favorite Place To Dine!

    I love our Bonefish Grill in Fayetteville, NC!! The quality of food is awesome, and the wait staff is equally divine!! I used to wait to have lobster for my birthday, but "Hooked on Tuesdays" makes it possible for me to have lobster anytime!! I love the rewards program as well! Great job Fayetteville location!!
  • My Visit

    We love bonefish grill's food. The service is spotty. I think there is a lot of turnover. Not as attentive as they can be, but it's like a niece or nephew serving you, so how can you be upset. They are quick to make an order right. Past 4 times we have had to send food back, but they do make it right.
  • Very good since I forget my wallet a lot

    I like the app since it automatically tracks your visits and credits your account without the need to provide your phone number. I forgot my wallet 2 times recently and it was easy to pay without having to tell the waitress I was stupid. (Maybe a little stupid, because I admitted it to the 2nd waitress.)

    The only drawback for me is the emailed receipts have all the alcohol proudly listed. As a business traveler I wish I could get a "business friendly" receipt with just the total amount paid.
