  • Needs a lot of work

    The app doesn’t support UI for screen sizes larger and iPhone 8. The app got an update 4 months ago and it looks the same and still doesn’t work as expected. When I change the temperature in the app it changes the configuration on the hot tub. Buttons that are supposed to increase or decrease temperature turn jets on. I have to turn off the power to the hot tub and plug it back in just to get the buttons on the hot tub to work right. Please update the UI to support larger devices and the api probably needs to be updated since it’s not in sync with the hot tubs config. Happy to beta test for changes. Also the UX is old and needs an update.

  • System technology is extremely poor

    Per the other comment on here, we experience all the same things. Very poor built app structure. The entire reason for this was to also be away from home and be able to check on our spa. This is not the case. Extremely disappointed at the expertise for their system software and with no communication to clients. We just had an outage of the app for 2 days and then it started randomly working again. Would not purchase this system again without the proper infrastructure.

  • App No Longer Works

    I’ve had a Tidal Fit 15 for 5 years using the NEO-2100, using this app. It sucked for the most part but I have had some success and utility using it to adjust water temp. Now…since they final updated and like a fool, I updated! I can ping my pool via the wifi connection, but the app is broken.
  • Recent update

    After the recent update, the app seems to work a little better. It’s still kind of glitchy, when it works, it does the job. I hope to keep the updates coming. Thank you for the last update.
  • So frustrating

    Waterway really treats this as an afterthought. Don’t expect their server to be available when you need it.

    I won’t be disappointed when the neo pump control fails next time. I will trash it and move to a company with products that belong in this century.
  • Outdated, terrible, get literally anything but this!

    So we had this awful app forced on us by our pool builder. There has never been a slower more touchy app ever. They just updated it a week before Christmas, we have family coming and you cant log in at all now! Of course they are out off office for thw holliday after updating their app to basically make it useless. So frustrating that our pool guys who are obviously not on the up and up with tech that actually works… give this to their new customers. It is the worst.

  • Wifi option is worthless without being able to use it

    The app only works for the first minute after connecting the pool controller to WiFi. My router shows that the pool controller remains connected to the Oasis service, but the app will never communicate with the controller. Like all the others have commented: Oasis doesn't actively maintain their product.

  • No Stars

    I can’t even create an account on the app. I entered a password then confirmed the password and I get an alert that this line needs
    to be unique. I used a unique password. Without an account I can’t even get help. What a joke. Never had this issue downloading other apps.
  • Completely non functional

    You can’t even create an account; it just keeps telling you “this field must be unique” and won’t do anything. Tried multiple email and password combos, nothing works. Oh well!

    Right after installing I tried to make an account so I could log in. Instead it freezes and needs to be force-closed every time I enter my info.

    Took about two days to get it to work. Was fine for about 6-8 months then one day it just kept saying “no internet connection” no matter how strong the internet was. I finally deleted the app and tried reinstalling it, now I’m running into the same issues as before. Can’t log in, create new account or use the “forgot password” options without it crashing. There are no updates available. Very disappointed
