Horrible app
This is the most glitchy app I’ve ever seen in 10+ years. The app would only stay connected to my controller for maybe one day at most, and then would have an error. After resetting the controller WiFi, it often took 10 tries to re-connect. I finally got it up and running again, only to get a “no internet connection” error message on the app. (I definitely had internet on my phone, and my router showed the controller was connected to it.) I finally uninstalled the app and reinstalled it fresh. Now all I get is a blank, white screen. Absolute garbage.Show lessCoaltrain

The controller is fine but the app is about as simplistic as it gets and even then it doesn’t work half the time.G Pa Dib
Barely working
the app and user interface feel like they were done by a school kid!
I’m not bashing school kids here, in fact, if it was done by a school kid: awesome job!!
However for a commercial app where each spa costs at least $6000, i expect much more!
The app has minimal support of the functionality of the spa controller. What is puzzling is that there are two different apps - both in the same poor stateShow lessOnePilot
Has issues.
I have had the oasis controller installed for almost 2 years. The main controller appears to be a nice product. The APP needs an overhaul. I have had appearance with raising or lower the pool temperature with the APP, but the controller doesn’t appear to follow the new settings. I make the changes at the control panels display and it works fine. I have also had experience with the pool pump not following the schedule, I would find it running when it’s scheduled to be Off. Or Off when it should be running. I reached out to the manufacturer when I first had the system installed about these issues. It appears they still haven’t taken us customers serious. I feel waterway plastics could have a really nice system if they would just resolve the software issues.Show lessBuildingAutomationTech

It’s Decent
This app works pretty well - easy to set up and configure, easy to operate and good functionality. 2 reasons for 4 stars - it is slightly laggy on opening up the app and connecting (but once in it’s fine). Secondly it needs connectivity with home automation like Alexa etc to be 5 star. Hopefully they can work on it!
For what it’s worth - I installed the controller myself as a replacement for an old, non functioning Hayward. I wouldn’t say it is a simple task but it is not difficult and the hardware is very good for the price. I have had it installed apx 2 months from Feb 2020 with no issues.Show lessDIY Pool Guy
TERRIBLE APP!!!!
Do not use! I would give a zero if I could. We have had this app for a year now and it has never worked correctly. Has a mind of its own. Will turn poo/spa on randomly. Does not follow the set schedule. There is a place on app that says “report a problem” however when you push it nothing happens. What a JOKE!! Need an upgrade desperately. 😡Show lessTristo🎃
It works.
Works ok. Based on the bad reviews, i was expected issues. My wifi reached the Oasis controller. After my pool contracter wired up everything, I opened the app, walked thru the setup, and was able to control the pool lights and pump modes straight away. Its my first day of use, and it seems fine. 4 stars. I’d give it 5 stars if it worked with IFTTT or any smart home apps like Alexa or HomeKit.Show lessFernFern456
Oasis waterway pool controller and ap
I have had this pool controller app for approximately nine months and it has never worked right from the beginning. It is been a constant struggle calling the headquarters in California to try and troubleshoot the issues. The controller and app shut my pool pump off with no reason. The customer service at Oasis is bad.

Does not work
App shows pool running during scheduled time and it is not actually running. Never sure if my pool is running or not unless I physically check.Beerkooker
