Big Improvement
I have been using the Waterway Neo Spa App for a couple years now. It was ok, controlled the Temperature of the Spa and the light. This improved App allows me to control everything as if I am at my spa control panel!! A HUGE improvement. Only thing I would like to see added is something to show the water chemistry. Then it would be perfect!!Show lesstlcamaro
I love this app!
I have been using the old version of this app since mid 2017. It has been rock solid for years. I love what it does. I wish it did more (and now there is a new version that does it all). This new version 2 can adjust all of the settings that my NEO Control panel can do.MyKinda
White Screen
It worked okay for a couple of years but about a week ago the app stopped working completely. When you open it now you get a blank white screen. I’ve emailed Waterway but haven’t heard anything back yet.Option01

Junk
I bought a wifi card for my spa, as I was excited to be able to control my spa via my phone. It worked for one week, now it will not connect and hangs up on a white screen. Waterway needs to fix this app.ChrisSpen
App won’t load
It never was the best or smoothest app but I could at least get it to do things I needed. Not sure what happened but now it won’t even load. I tried rebooting my phone, deleting and re-installing the app and nada. Just a blank screen.Sansgonz
White Screen & Not connected to Internet
This past week, the app has lost connection and when tried reinstalling, I am left with a white screen. The company doesn’t want to fixLAsports929500

Doesn’t work
App would only work sometimes. Then all of a sudden it wouldn’t connect to WiFi so I tried deleting and reinstalling. Now it just shows a blank white screen every time I open it. Total garbage. Would give 0 starts. Needs big updateBizquierdo95
Worked good for a week
Not sure what’s up with this app but, it needs an overhaul. It worked as advertised but then decided to not connect to the internet. It wasn’t my system as I got online and downloaded other apps.
Now that I downloaded it again and again, the screen is totally white when it opens. Fortunately, I’m able to control everything from the panel for now until I set this figured out.Show lessTISF2020
