Great quiz making, terrible sharing

Such a shame this App. Great fun making the quizzes, but the ridiculous difficulty in sharing them with family and friends is crazy. There is no way that my parents would have a chance in hell of being able to play the quiz I have made, I tested it using a second account and it confused the hell out of me and I work in IT. You need to make it a far simpler experience to just simply play a quiz someone sends you. No challenges, or playing against other people, just let them play the freakin quiz with the minimal amount of clicks. So frustrating.

Just one thing....

I love this game. However, when you are creating your own quiz, you can only create quiz questions and true or false questions. I played the quizzes you made and you can do polls, info slides, puzzle and open ended questions. I am assuming you made this on a computer because I cannot do this types of questions on iOS

So in the next update, can you add the types of questions I just mentioned? Thanks

Hello! I am truly sorry for this experience. To avoid this in the future, we highly recommend editing one game via either only web platform or only a mobile app.

Great app!!!

I think this app is amazing to play with friends and a great help with homework! But recently there has been a new update where you can't create or host your own quizzes without paying a lot. 😔It actually says on the app that you should be able to host your own quiz without premium or pro or plus whereas when you try and host it it asks for you to pay s lot for plus or pro or premium and i just think its ridiculous. You spend ages making a quiz and then it asks for you to pay when already read that you don't actually have to. Its just so confusing and unclear as they also then say that you need to making a new kahoot quiz because you apparently don't have any in your account!! Whyyyy is it so complicated???!!!! Other than all that its an ok app??😔

Brilliant but

Kahoot ticks all the boxes. It is fun and education. Gosh in class when we all play it turns into mayhem. However, I’ve noticed on the app when I host a Kahoot, the screen is always behind the players so it shows the answers on their devices but on my iPad it is showing the scores and takes like 10 seconds to realise that it hasn’t actually told the audience the question. If this were fixed I would rate it 5 stars!

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback! Kahoot! has now launched questions and answers displayed on the controller as a new game mode. You will be able to turn it on through the game settings in game modes prior to starting a live game.

This app is great but...

I play on this app all the time at school. Honestly, I have read through some reviews and some of them are true. I have experienced battery loss (iPhone 7) but not to an extreme. I have also noticed that whenever I play on iPhone that the screen tends to go down (darkness) whenever I play, and it not on low power mode. On iPad this feature is okay. Other than this, the app is great and has so many fun and educational games to play.

I was so excited do you get this app and I got it but I was thinking that you can play it any time and you don’t need a whole bunch of people to play I was thinking I could just play by my self because I don’t have any friends with me to play so I finally got it but when I was about to play it and it said team and something else so I picked team and it wanted people to join but I didn’t have anyone to play it with and I don’t know anyone who has this app so you can’t play by yourself sorry but every thing else is great the app is very organized and it has a lot of categories to choose from

EPIICCC but needs a few changes

This game is epic I’m not saying anything like I hate it I’m just saying there is a few problems that are kind of taking the fun out of the game 1. problem when you put in an intro song it doesn’t show up unless you’re on the challenge its a little annoying but I didn’t take that much fun out of it I still got to play! 2. this is not really a problem it’s just that I would like to make it so then you can play around the world like for example you didn’t have to get 100 friends and make them come to your house just so that you can play Kahoot! Maybe can you make it so that you can have multiplayer but with random people around the world? 3. I am on an Apple iPad but it’s crashing even know I’m not on anything else and I have the best Internet it doesn’t make sense! And same for the other person it just deleted it self! But this time it did work to reinstall it. This is very confusing but I still love the idea of Kahoot!

Hi there! Please allow me to clarify that custom nicknames can only be used if the host of the game allows such an option. You can advise the host of the game to turn off 'Friendly Nickname Generator' next time to be able to type in your own nickname :)
