  • Statistics is a mess

    The statistics is only updating for part of the day. The last week I only get 4 - 5 hours from midnight and nothing for the rest of the day.
  • still no connection

    even after the update I can't get my mill gen 3 to connect to my app.
  • Heater wifi connection stopped randomly

    Tried to reset the heater, but nothings gets them working
  • Won’t connect to wifi

    After multiple reinstalls and factory resets the panel heater refuses to connect to my wifi. The app times out with a “Connection failed” error. Can’t program the heater without the app.

  • Gen 2 heaters

    UPDATED! Found a work around for Gen 2 heaters. Switched off house WiFi. Created mobile hotspot on an iPhone with the same SSID and password as the house WiFi (turned on Maximise Compatibility). Connected a different phone to that hotspot and then set up the heater as usual - it connected mobile hotspot and to the app and did a firmware update. It was then showing fine and working. Turn off the mobile hotspot and turned back on the house WiFi. All connected back up and now have both heaters working as they did before!!

    Had these for ages. Disconnected back in July and after much struggling I got 1 to connect - the other one will not do anything. Tried support and they just give the stock stuff to try like resetting. Very frustrated - please sort this out as they were great for years and very stable.

  • Mill Heat 1500

    Please bring the Mill Heat 1500 Oil Filled Radiant/Convective heater back to the USA.
  • Fail

    Cannot migrate my account for couple of months, can’t connect my device (under the new account), “support” doesn’t answer for a week. Ridiculous

    Hello, Sorry to hear that you are having problems migrating on our platform. We work continuously to make the migration process to go as seamlessly as possible. It happens that the migration does not work or that certain devices do not come over from the previous platform. We just have to apologize for that and ask you to try to reset your devices and add them as "new device" on our new app (Mill Norway).   • Don’t update!

    They don’t tel you until after you update that they are migrating systems and dropping support for certain products. Now I have a heater that is stuck on an old schedule and I can’t interface with it at all because the app no longer supports it. I’ve never been happy with this app but it just keeps going from bad to worse. Awful company. Do not buy!
