Brilliant heater
This is the best purchase I made for my garden room! Provides great heat when needed and I love i can control from my phone so just pop up the temperature before needed so it’s all cosy when I go out! Highly recommend this heater. Buy a dumb heater and a smart plug
Wi-Fi is messy and doesn’t work. App is hopelessly unintuitive. You have to turn off 5G to setup. The app advertises an alternative connection method but this doesn’t work. The manual isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. Wouldn’t buy from this company again. Tempted to give up on reconnecting my device and just buy a decent smart plug.Show lessTam Pollard
Failed error issue resolved
Had issue with the latest version of the app (failed error) but uninstalling and reinstalling resolved this. Support team very helpful.75CA
Terribly frustrating app
Beautiful products once you can eventually get them loaded into and working within their app. Trying to add a device using the alternative connection method is probably one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. From a design thinking perspective the app is unintuitive and the manuals provide little more insight. Update has stopped the app working
Was enjoying this app for use with a Wi-fi radiator but after the latest update it has stopped working it has started flashing an error banner at the top of the page stating “failed. Please try again”. Hope it gets fixed!LOSTBOY_85
Easy to use
Installed the radiators in December and they have been great and easy to control from my phone. Since the app last updated I can’t see my energy usage for any of the radiators which is really bugging me. Can’t see how to fix this either.scllm
A mixed bag....
On the plus side:
Radiators are easy to install however the WiFi requirements detract from this (see minuses below).
The app give good control over the heating system once you get used to it.
On the minus side:
The statistics have been off for nearly two weeks whilst the developer migrates them to a new server, making it impossible to tell if I have configured our system for best performance.
The app only works on 2.4GHz WiFi when setting up a new radiator. If you also have 5GHz WiFi you have to disable it temporarily whilst you set up a radiator. The app does offer an alternative method however this may be beyond the capabilities of some customers.
Customers with an older WiFi router may have to replace it to get the best from this app.
In conclusion:
As a replacement for a 30 year old night storage system I am sure it will work well and save me money however the minuses above are annoying and unnecessary.
Considering the minuses, I will give this app 3 stars for now.Show lessfalcon1089
Can’t use the app
Worked fine but new app update so had to add panel heater afresh. Does not allow you to save a name against device so doesn’t save the connection to network. Also appears you have to have an internet connection to even get access to the app as it requires an account and login. Not great if you’re internet is down. Nor do you get an option to not have an account. The other problem is I have a new router which doesn’t allow you to disable 5ghz network which is a problem because my phone automatically goes for 5ghz and you have to have it on 2.4ghz to connect. That’s a pain to begin with, so use an old router. But can’t get to save the thing in first place. Very disappointing all round.Show lesskeenstargazer
Terrible app.
This doesn’t work on my phone or my iPad. On my phone I can connect the heater to the WiFi but it fails when I try to name it. No matter what name I try to give it.
On the iPad I can’t get past the registration section. Again failing on the name part.

App crashes
Does not give good messaging if app connects via wifi or not to heater. Times out then app crashes.pooks1900
