Crashing
Was fine until last night. Now it finds the heater and jumps back to main phone screen. I cannot do anything. I’ve uninstalled. Turned heater off at the wall. Reinstalled. Nothing. The heater for me is now useless as I have a bad back and cannot get down to use the side panel switch manually. There was an update two days ago so I’m guessing this might be the reason. Please sort the app issue or the heater will be going to the tip. Thanks

Latest version has ruined it
The old version I had back in the beginning of 2018 worked well. Occasionally it would crash but generally it worked and was reliable.
This latest version however (2.0.5) is totally rubbish. It crashes whenever I try to set a time, the time limited boost function no longer switches the heater off and it keeps losing the Bluetooth connection.

Bluetooth no longer fit for purpose
Bluetooth has always been a bit hit and miss, but since the last update it’s completely useless. Keeps crashing and doesn’t recognise heater on most occasions, meaning you have to go to the heater and press M for it to reconnect, so may as well use the control panel on the unit. It’s a shame as the idea is good, but the application is sadly lacking.

I recently updated this app , it was working fine before update no problems. However since latest update have not been able to connect to heater via Bluetooth. I get a message saying not compatible.

Latest update is even worse
Literally can’t even connect to the heater with the app anymore

Come on guys fix the the app, at less take it back to the previous version, and then go back to the drawing board to sort out.
Stupid app never works!
This worked great for the first few days, now, since the last update, it won't even find my heater. I have a heater that stays in all the time because the automatic settings got all messed up and now can't get into the app!

Since your last update this app will not connect to my heater no matter what. Before the update it was connecting perfectly. Please will you fix this issue. Being able to control via smart phone was why I bought this heater.
Less than 50 percent chance of BT control
After a 50/50 chance of connecting via Bluetooth on an old iOS 11.4.1

Riddled with bugs
- Need to reconnect manually when app is re-started (there’s no obvious indicator that that Bluetooth connection has failed, so you can be adjusting settings without realising the new settings aren’t being sent to the heater).
- If the heater is already running in AUTO mode, and you try to adjust the AUTO settings, the app will crash every time.
- The web link for support does not work.
