I go to the gym but I’m trying to fall in love with exercise again whilst aiming for my goals and 7 minutes of exercise works for me. I have repeated the round if I want more of a intense sweat but I should say most of the movements are included in my gym classes which is great.
For a quick burst of fitness to get the morning started this has worked a treat!
It also helps with my mental Health and well being by being able to have routine and structure to my day. Some days are hard emotionally but 7 mins makes it easier!
