The staff is always great and friendly. The food is also always fresh and hot when we go. Overall the best location in the area! Keep up the great work all!
I would come to RR more often if there were coupons
Food is expensive. Not much incentive sent out to customers to get discounts. My points just sit in the app with no use.
No option for mix on an 8 piece?
For some reason the app won’t let me order an 8 piece chicken without choosing either white meat only or dark meat only. Why can’t I get both and not pay extra??
Does not fulfill statement on website
Your website advertises $10 in free food if you download your app. Since RR just opened in our neighborhood I thought I’ll get the app and try this new restaurant. Ate there yesterday, haven’t seen $10 or equivalent in points. Also sent a Facebook message over 24 hours ago with no response. Very poor customer service and deceptive advertising!

Useless App
Refuses to show my local store instead only offering stores in other towns. I can’t even search my town. Yet every time i go to the local store they want me to sign up for this worthless app
Review
Every time you try to redeem points, it’s a major headache. Store personnel have a difficult time trying to complete a transaction. It happens at other locations as well. A horrible experience to say the least. It’s too bad you don’t have a “negative” star rating as a choice.

Breakfast at Roy’s
The brownie tasted great but there’s not enough vegetables on the menu that are not overly cooked or fresh Especially for breakfast. The gravy tasted great, but I need more nutritional value for my dollar.
Roast beef
Got my usual roast beef on this visit, was dry not a lot of flavor and had a big piece of gristle I bit into, not sure what’s going on but for what I pay for my meal I would like better tasting sandwich.
