Old app good Updated app bad
I used the old app successfully from the beginning. It did everything right. The new app crashed twice when I went to pay and place my order today. A real pain. I went through the drive through and the attendant there said that many customers had the same issue. I like Roy Rogers. I wish their app worked. I am boycotting until it is fixed.

App problems
When I tried to order, on the app, a ham, egg, and cheese sourdough sandwich the app returned an error and said “ham not available”. When I tried to order sausage egg and cheese biscuit it said “sausage not available”. When I got to the restaurant in Gainesville 10 minutes later I ordered at the counter no problem

New App is useless
Since moving back to Maryland 3 years ago, my wife and I have gone to Roy’s at least once a week. The old app really paid off with great rewards. Since the app has been updated (or totally new app as advertised) I’ve been to Roy’s three times. Each $20 plus purchase has never shown up on the app. Yes, I am and was logged in when the app was scanned at the drivethru. Sad.

I downloaded the app after reading the promo in the store. All good, but the promotion did not show up the entire time I was in the store. Great offer if it would work.

I have complained a few times, today I went thru drive thru and once again my order was wrong and I don’t have time to go back and get it fixed. This will be my last time going to a Roy’s and I go 3-4 times a week. Very unhappy customer!

Cashier
Kenya the cashier took her time with my order and even wrote to me what she said. Reason for this is I am deaf and can’t read her lips as everyone is wearing mask. Been hard for all the deaf population for the past two years. Thanks Kenya. Will be back again.
Breakfast over
Person in front orders breakfast I ask for breakfast said breakfast is over then a cop comes in and asks for a double egg sandwich really not sure how they pick and choose who can order breakfast!
