Web guest is awe full
I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app over 15 times in the past 2 years. I have no choice but to use it because this is what my guard gate uses. It locks up constantly. Sometimes it will not allow login. The latest glitch is that it says email failed to send. It’s always an issue.KrisSchlembach

App says to update before using and even has a link to the app store but there’s no update availableWorst update instructions

It basically says if you cannot login to update than login and click update. Absurd.eugeneeglancy
Doesn’t run majority of the time
App hardly ever opens. Most of the time when you try to run the app it just crashes. I constantly have to just call the gate every time I need a guest or vendor added. It’s pretty much useless. HOA fees being put to great use…Bahgdkndn
iOS 16 - not loading
It’s been a year since the last update, we’re on ios 16 now and the app will not load, it sits on a white screen. Can we address this issue and provide an update to work with ios16?werxoo

The app sometimes launches, most of the time it does not. As a security type of app, it’s awful.Perfect for Christmas
