This App is horrible!
We live in a community called Grey Oaks in Naples, FL. They adopted this app last year. It is very poorly designed and has a very low level of functionality, when it works. For weeks at a time, for unknown reasons, it goes off-line. We don’t know how our community leaders could have selected this technology, based on the App Store reviews alone. Crap
This is the worst app I have ever used. Works occasionally but freezes with blank screen won’t refresh. Uninstalled it and reinstalled and now it no longer recognizes my user I’d or pass word. Those giving it high ratings are plants or work for companyRCH51
Terrible app
This app is unstable and fails to open at least half the time I try to use it. A child could design a more reliable app and communities that select it are being too cheap to provide a proper experience for their membersSO072012
Maddening inconsistency
On an iPhone, the app continues to tell me to update even though App Store says I have the latest version. Works correctly about 1/5 of the time. I rate this the worst of any necessary apps I use, and the HOA has mandated its use. Definitely needs improvement.B00k L0\/3r
Garbage for captive audience
Looks like it’s written by a junior high kid. Bad spelling and grammar. Bad menu choices, doesn’t update properly after submitting guests. Total crap but if your community uses it you’re stuck with it.grasmussen

Would list zero star if possible
The app is still completely unreliable. I have to delete and reinstall every 3-4 uses. And even this doesn’t always resolve the issue. I end up having to call the gate to call in my guests because the app is frozen and won’t let us log in. Pathetic and beyond frustrating.Cora3005
We guest
New APP works great. It’s just what we wanted and expected for our residents. It has reduced calls to the gatehouses by more than half. Very intuitive.audubonnaples

Not working
I can’t even get in to this app... My HOA now requires it to access our guest list and it won’t even open.
It keeps saying “check internet connection0 in front of a white screen. Nothing loads, and my connection is working fine. I’ve tried on and off WiFi.. same thing.
