  • Always broken

    Rarely works and if it goes down, they are not quick to fix it
  • Problems!!!

    Too many problems! Many times when trying to open app, a blank screen appears forcing you to click EXIT, and you haven’t even started yet! Once you exit, you must start again, only to have to do the same thing again! Very frustrating, especially if time is of the essence! Often times it’s easier to call a voicemail system for guest access! Hate this app!

  • Total garbage

    I can count on 1 hand the times that this app has worked properly in the past 2 years..it is a glitchy mess that seems to get worse with each update, if I could give less than 1 Star I would.
  • Glitchy, no support

    App has several steps where it does not cleanly being you to the next appropriate screen. One example is after adding a guest, it will give an email error pop up screen. Email error would have nothing to do with the app. When closing that error, it will then finally tell you your guest has been added. No way to confirm them in the guest list though unless you exit out then log back in. After deleting app and trying to reinstall it, it will now not connect me to my community anymore. Tried sending a request for support to them through the safehouse website, no reply. Our property manager is not able to get our issues resolved. Very poor app and not worth using for an entire community.

  • Good tool but needs to be improved

    It is very easy to use, but I have had to erase it three times and to load again after it keeps processing for long time.
  • Doesn’t work

    The app won’t open. Says check internet connection, but internet is just fine. Try to reinstall, no difference. I put in a name, press to save, app goes down.
  • Doesn’t work

    Keeps giving error message. Most of the time you will spend 15 minutes +/- trying to add one guest since the app is frozen and glitchy and frought with errors. I’ve spoken to the developer and he seems to be in an alternate universe where he believes it works rather than the reality that users are trying to bring to his attention so he can solve it and improve his app.

  • APP is horrible x2

    App is horrible. Just downloaded. Says I have internet issues. Can’t connect to my HOA. Will go back to adding guests via the phone and automated system
  • Easy but needs improvement

    I love this. So easy to use. Straight to the point
    The app should allow the users to add and remove vehicles however I believe that’s something the HOA needs to approve resident access too. . Sometimes it does freeze but close the app and reopen and it should be good. I think a lot of the people that have this app that gave a one star do not know how to use apps to begin with. The people probably get frustrated and blame it on the app when in fact it’s them not having the knowledge of knowing how to work a phone/app.

  • 1980s functionality revisited

    Very rudimentary design and function. Can’t update or remove vehicles. Bad especially when all vehicle data is wrong! The weak company asks for a review but you can’t even email anyone there. No button or link for that! Not impressed at all
