Just doesn’t work
When I open the app for the very first time I’m shown a screen with all the states and bus companies it supports. I scroll to my state, click the button, and nothing happens. Okay. So I close the app and open it again. Now I can’t even see the list of states. I delete the app and redownload. Now I can see the state list again so I click and the whole process repeats.
Literally does not work. I don’t know what sort of magic everyone who got it kind of working did but I clearly don’t have it.Show lessKraytEDragon

Unreliable
It started out great for the first 2 wks I used it, but now this week I can’t even get the app to load at all. So now I have to hope the buses run close to scheduled times cause I walk half mile to get to the main road to catch the bus. The system needs a major updateCrazycameralady
Pros/Cons
Cons: this app is very unreliable and it usually doesn't work at all, lots of timeouts and internal server errors on its old fashioned Java backend
Pros: this app occasionally works. When it does, it's still frustrating -- even if the only thing you do is check to see when the bus is coming at the stop near your house, EVERY time you open the app, you have to tap "where's my bus?" then scroll through all the routes to find your route then tap your route then scroll through all the stops to find your stop then tap your stop... couldn't GPS be used to find my location to proactively find the nearest stops and show me upcoming departures the moment I open the app?Show lessmileserickson

Not working with iOS 16
Doesn’t work with new Apple iOS 16 upgrade. Shows loading screen. Before it was pretty good indicator of bus arrivals time.RedBear4651

Doesn’t work half the time
Most of the time I got to use it the app doesn’t want to work. I’ve uninstalled it dozens of times. Honestly it just needs an update.adultingushard
One and done.
This worked once, and then it has yet to work again. Every time I go to use this it’s just loading and will not pull up anything, I’ve used my data I’ve used wifi and nothing has worked I deleted and reinstalled it twice now and it still is not working. It was okay when it was actually working but I don’t think I will be using this anymore.Show lessAmayonaize
Horrible app
I love the idea of a mobile app to track the bus for me but this app doesn’t do that. I still have to end up calling my local transit station bc honestly relying on this app will cause you to miss the bus. It will tell you that the bus is 55 minutes away and it turns out that the bus is 5 mins away. I don’t even check the app after it lied to me and made me miss the bus 3 times in one day! This app has more an a “few” bugs to fix that’s for sure.Show lessdestrocks24
