Needs improvement
Didn’t think I would take the time to write a review, but in this case I feel it’s important to have a functioning app to move a transit company into the 21st century. I like GMT and the services they provide, but this app needs some major improvements. Main complaints: lag, errors, bus data goes missing, general clunkiness, it assumes I know which busses to take. Out of date, doesn't work well
This app hasn't been updated in a long time and it shows. I prefer to use the web portal for my local transit as opposed to this garbage application. Very difficult to navigate, takes many screens to get to where you want to go, laggy and buggy... just went ahead and deleted this thing right after I downloaded it.Show lessChubbs59
Never works
Completely inaccurate with bus locations and arrival times. I have no idea why they made this “2.0” version of the app instead of just updating the original. Just makes things even more confusing. And this app is exactly the same as the old version. All the same bugs. All the same lack of functionality. So bummed that my local bus service went with this useless company.Show lessjjj3wright
Never finishes loading
I just never stops loading. Can’t even get to the start page.
It would be great if it worked, as the already abysmal bus system here in Santa Fe could use a smidgen of help. Bad transit systems is a nation wide problem that has its foundation in the US’s addiction to oil and gas. Had it not been for an overwhelming majority of our politicians on both state and federal level, being deep in the pockets of said industries, I would not be writing a review of a dysfunctional transit app supposedly aiding an even more dysfunctional transit system.Show lessSaraCuller

Sort of works?
It’s the only live transit data app that supports my city, so I have to use it. When the bus does have a transponder I can usually track it manually. But there are a lot of problems:
1. Predicted arrival time never shows more than a single digit once scheduled arrival has passed. Prediction not useful when a delay is 15-30 minutes or more.
2. Saving a stop found via “Locate Me” as a favorite is ineffective because recalling that favorite never shows any upcoming arrivals. Favorites only work when saved from Where’s My Bus it Schedule, which means a stop must have multiple favorites if more than one route serves that stop.
3. Navigating the embedded map is so hard it is common to end up zoomed out to show the entire planet.
4. Pop ups in the map are so large they can prevent scrolling the map to find the X to close themShow lessMatthew Ernest
Too slow
Useful when it works as it should, but that’s hardly ever. The rest of the time it never loads, or takes so long to load I’ve missed my bus because it took too long for me to get the data to head to the right stop. The load time really needs to be reduced.CantWaitToGoBackToAndroid
It’s not perfect
But it’s simple enough for my adult daughter with special needs to use to decide which bus to take home from work each day as her quitting time varies. It gives her a sense of independence.thelarry
Needs to be updated it doesn’t load up
I like the app, no way I can miss a the bus but for the past week it’s taking over 3-5minutes to load up when it’s opened so i can’t watch the bus on the map Please fix this ASAPForrest fn
Used to work better
I use this app for my local transportation needs. It worked great before whom ever messed with the app regarding minutes (or so local transportation office stated was making adjustments), since then it won’t work. I have iPhone 6s. Go back to where the app was first introduced. Living in a smaller town with limited routes, times having a working app is detrimental which buses only come every hour from short times in week and weekends. Please help me.Show lessReneeInIdaho
