  • When it works, it works fine

My school uses this app for the bus system, which I heavily rely on to get around. When it opens, it doesn’t look pretty, but it gets the job done. But it hasn’t opened for the past few days, despite me restarting my phone, closing all my other apps, etc. I get that it’s for small towns, whatever—I don’t care how it looks, but some consistency on the app even launching would make it functional more that 40% of the time.

  • I hate this app

I use this app to get around my college town and it NEVER works. It’s always showing a loading screen or it just doesn’t respond, making it difficult to know if the bus is near or if I missed it. Not reliable AT ALL.
  • Trash

App is 100% useless. Total trash. Doesn’t tell you where the bus is at half the time. Only tells you departure times which really mean squat. Slow loading times with incorrect information most of the time. Local bus website works better.
  • Please fix!!

I never leave reviews. But I need this app to work better, my life would be improved if this actually worked well. It’s great when it does, but it is so laggy. Why does it work sometimes and not others? Inconsistency is so harmful for an app like this, where I need to know immediately when the bus will arrive. Please fix, please respond to feedback. Public commuters depend on it.

  • This App Barely Works

Edit: I changed my rating from 2 to 1 stars because it has not opened and worked for over a week. Before, at least deleting and re-downloading the app helped it work again. Not anymore. This app has some serious problems that need to be looked at.

All you need to know about this app is that it works about 5% of the time. The other 95% when I need to know when the bus comes? Too bad.

When it does work, this app and its GPS feature proves to be very helpful. But this app only successfully loads about 60% of the time. I can’t tell you how often I’ve sat here for up to 20 minutes waiting for this app to just work. Unfortunately, it’s the only way to track buses in my small town. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be giving it the light of day.

  • SLOW

I have a iPhone 7plus meaning I have 3 gb of ram. And I have fast WiFi. So I know it’s the app. The app is really slow in loading time it takes about 5 minutes to load in (not even the main part). I would like this app way better if you could just improve it’s response time and it loading time.
  • Worthless

The app is slow. Takes forever to refresh or load. On Saturdays the app doesn’t even work and if it does an error come up. Never had any issues keeping track of my bus until they switch to whomever this company is.

FYI -I’d prefer to give it negative stars but that’s not an option-
  • Needs some fixing

This app works when it wants to. Very irritating when I’m ready t go walk to the bus and the app completely stops working and doesn’t want to sownme my bus or any routes available. I’m not sure if it’s bugs or what but it needs to get fixed
  • Doesn't work well

I just started College and I've been using this app to get from campus to my house often, however a couple days ago it stopped working for me. It showed a loading symbol and that was it, in order for me to get this working as a one time thing I have to delete and redownload the app, everytime I wish to see where my bus is. I've started depending more on the paper schedules than I have this app, PLEASE fix.

  • Good app

Is a good app to use and my fav feature is always get to keep track the location of the bus. But recently I have issue with loading the app. I have to delete and download again in order to open the app page that I want to use. I not sure whether is only happen on my phone or same things happened to other users. There is not place that I can report my issue so maybe something that can improve on. Just suggestion.
