Crashes, won’t connect
App keeps crashing whenever I try to connect to the shockwiz. iPhone 11, both phone and shockwiz up to date. Looks like the app hasn’t been updated for a long time? Please fix this issue before I have to return it.

The bug related to app crashes on device connect has been addressed in Version 9.0.0. Apologies for your less then stellar experience
Was great but it’s wiped all past data
No idea what’s happened all data logged and saved is now gone, attempted to login but no joy still waiting for a password reset

Great once you get used to it
The app works well once you have watched the videos for the device and had a little play.
It's like having a pro mechanic in your pocket
This is a great app with a lot of attention paid to the user experience, with its clean and easily accessible layout. It would even better if it was accompanied with a watch app for those days you want to leave your phone at home yet still be informed about your Shockwiz, hopefully this is on its way.
Update:
Tip: Ensure that you setup a profile in the app for each shock on all your bikes, this way you can return to where you left off in previous session after removing the ShockWiz.
Tip: Riding down steps really helps to collect data for the ShockWiz to process.
