  • Immediately deleted

It’s a great idea, but I tried several times to connect my weather location and it didn’t work. Then I began to add my plants and the database didn’t have Sweet Corn. I’m not sure how such a common plant couldn’t be in their database. Once manually adding my Sweet Corn, I tried to put a previous date of when I showed the corn and it would not take that date, so it only takes future dates. I would also like an option to write notes for future reminders. Too many hurdles in the first ten minutes of trying it and maybe too simple for what I’m looking for, so I deleted it and will be finding something else.
  • Good concept and design, bad functionality

The weather search and location doesn’t work, and they’re missing some pretty common plants from their list (no pothos? None?) Fiddle leaf fig is only listed under its scientific name, and I have a feeling I’ll have to look up the scientific name of my tiger tooth aloe to see if they have it. A lot of the buttons within the app are dead ends, and will tell you “uh oh! Something went wrong!”

But! I like the design of it, the concept is awesome. It just needs a lot of work.
  • Mostly useless

I like the way it is set up and the way it is SUPPOSED to work. IF it would actually work. I noticed some people posted the same issues on here a few years ago so I am guessing they are not planning to fix them.
I am fairly new to owning indoor plants. I have 8 different types... and half of those cannot be found on this list. I have to create a “generic” type. This means you don’t get all the good info and knowledge about the plant. But since I mostly wanted to use the app for reminders on watering and fertilizing etc, this wasn’t that big an issue. However, the reminders do not work either. Everytime I try to add a reminder it pops up an alert the something went wrong. So since I can’t learn anything about my plants and can’t use it for reminders, there is pretty much no need to keep the app. I really hope they fix these issues so it at least has a purpose.
