Will never use wellness living again.
The company does not respect or understand how issues and concerns with the software and subscriptions effect the functionality of the business that is using wellness living. I have been dealing with issues and concerns for over a month now, and heading into the fall season where we are supposed to be releasing fall promotions and membership details, we are instead having to postpone and deal with their slow service and inability to answer your concerns in a timely manner.

No customer service to talk to and if you do get to speak to somebody they still can’t help you.
You can even remove your own information on the account.

This is the worst app. Do NOT spend your money on this. There are plenty others that don’t have all the bugs this has. In addition, their customer service is non-existent. You can’t get a hold of anyone and you are always waiting on someone to call you back.
It’s 2024! Online customer service should be second to none.

Wait List is broken
Please fix your wait list functionality! If the confirmation hour goes by and you miss it, you are stuck in limbo even if there is an open space. You can’t select it. You also can’t select an open spot if you aren’t on the wait list and the confirmation window for wait listed person is over.
Awful why do businesses pay for this
Horrendous usability and extremely frustrating to use. Also yes, I am young tech savvy person.

This is the worst booking app I’ve ever used. There does not appear to be any real support for end users. It is impossible to add a new studio when you are in the app. I read in another review that you have to sign out and relaunch the app from the studios website to add a studio, but, even that doesn’t work for me. This app fails at the very basic functionality of a booking app. Why studios use it (I’m assuming it’s “competitively priced” and the reason behind that is because it does not work at all) is beyond me as this leaves a very bad taste in your mouth and I have decided against even visiting studios that use this app. That’s how awful it is.

Can’t delete a credit card
I am not able to delete a credit card which I have used to purchase yoga classes. This is unacceptable and I will not be registering any more credit cards as I do not feel safe doing it

Won’t accept payment details so impossible to book a class.
Horrible
My gym changed providers and Wellness Living/Achieve would not assist with deletion of client profiles so personal information, credit card data, etc. remains on their site. Avoid this company. They will argue they don’t control the data as they outsource all their billing to a third party. Another reason to avoid!
