Doesn’t Work
Doesn’t work on latest iPhones or latest version of iOS. Loads to white screen after login. Had to close and reload app several times before it finally worked.fyrfyter

Great app just needs fine Tuning
App will some times just shut off and I’ll lose all data right in the middle of a truck check. Usually this happens on truck checks that have over a 150 items. But great app for the most part.VANSLYKE

Well worth the investment!
This sort of technology, in and of itself, makes my job a ton easier and saves many hours of paperwork and documentation. Additionally, issues get brought up more quickly, accountability is near perfect, all around a great thing for the fire service.
A couple minor issues attributed to user error, sorted out by Alex M. via phone, and it's smooth sailing.
I'd like to see a bit more ability to customize, specifically simplifying the compartment checks to where ANY equipment (consumables, medical gear, serialized assets of value) can be added to any one compartment (instead of just consumables, low value tools and medical gear). Having a "compartment" within a compartment aside from the serialized tools can create a bit of confusion when training someone to use the app.
The app is useful for checks, but I'd love to be able to conduct more administrative functions on my mobile, instead of having to visit the office and log on via PC or navigate the non-mobile website on my phone screen.
For those of us with multiple departments to manage, it'd be nice to be able to switch between them in the app without having to sign totally out and back in.
Long story short, absolutely stellar program. I understand that the learning curve for developers is steep in the current age of needing instant gratification. Keep up the good work, there's a good thing to be had here!Show lessThe Gangler

Dysfunctional
Can’t edit anything within the app. Does not let me customize what’s already within the app at all, there is no noticeable feature allowing to edit anything despite creating an account. Thought maybe creating an account through their TSO app would help but no. Waste of time.5oClockCharlie

Can’t log in
When I try to log in using my Emergency Reporting username and password I get an error message and I’m prompted to contact the support team.johnhfarmer
