App does not load on any iPhones for any of my department members. Very disappointing.

I can’t get this app to load. The app is freshly downloaded from the App Store and my phone is fully updated.

Very nice app! Whether a daily check or yearly maintenance, this is the app to have for the station and or area wide agency.
Mission Critical
The app is so easy to use once you setup every thing. A simple email exchange with their support team took care of everything in less than 5 minutes. The new push notifications keep everyone aware of any failed items on our checklist. Any first responder needs this.
Engineer
Hands down the best way to maintain up to date equipment checks. With custom notifications for when checks are done and incredible ease of use I recommend it for every Department.
Two thumbs way up
Made morning truck checks a breeze and kept it all in one nice location. We are able to get debriefed on the units whether your on shift or not. Guys running the app are very helpful as well.
Great App
So happy I don't have to carry around pen and paper anymore. It frees up my hands to focus on checking the truck. Chiefs seem to be happy with it too.
