Awful App
I just downloaded the app and I keep getting an invalid response every time I try to log in. I see the other reviews from years ago and now I believe this is somehow intentional. How could they not fix this after years of knowing the problem. This app is garbage, or they intentionally don’t want you to view the information.Show lessY antthiswork
Not sure what my employer was thinking
I have no idea why my employer would choose a service that hasn’t been updated in 4 years i can’t even request time off because it refuses to allow me to pick the dates for my trip.MalcolmXaire
Junk-Steer Clear
App and platform is horrible. That’s enough info anyone needs. Company switched to using this app and platform. Nothing but constant problems everyday for my team that uses it out in the field.Timmy Rasch
Login Feedback
I think it would be cool if there was a remember me option or Face ID for the login screen to make it easier to log in instead of always retyping credentials.ggzbreezy

Useless app
I’m sorry that I even have to give 1 star in order to write this review. My employer switched over to this company for time logging and payroll to save money. I guess you get what you pay for. No matter how many hours you work, your ‘total hours worked’ will always say zero. Worked 40 hours? The app will say you worked zero. When it’s time for my employer to run payroll, they call me and have to ask me how many hours I’ve worked and they add it up on a calculator. This has resulted in miscalculations, missed days, and paychecks in the wrong amount. When our paycheck does come through, the “paystub” you get from MyGo isn’t even a valid paystub and my employer won’t supply anything else. MyGo, you have a 1.5 star rating. Can’t use
Just got a new job that uses this interface and while I can log in on the website the app is useless. When I type my credentials it’s give an error in the password which works fine everywhere else. Please fix.clm1784

App will let me log in and then immediately closes. I’ve made management aware of issue and nothing. The desktop site will let me in but won’t show me anythingdeseraih
No FaceID Support in 2022. What???
This app would be great if it allowed the ability to remembered passwords at the very least use face ID. Deal breaker for me. I use the web portal. Add FaceID and we will use the app daily.MrJulioManuel
