J’aime beaucoup le jeu , mais depuis quelques temps, je n’est plus accès aux chat pour les nouveaux stand. Déplus les étoiles pour montées niveau reste à 0.

I have old parts of my farm where I can’t place anything it just glows red & ive long passed it so I should be able to access it by now!
Can you please do an update so it will fix my glitches & let me keep decorating my farm please 😊 I just love kitty city & so do my friends 😊Kfs.1980

The Pros: Cute graphics, familiar gameplay (like most sim-type, city builders), adorable characters and catchy music. I would give it five stars on that plus I love cats so that's a big plus.
However, the Cons: this is major. You have to obtain bells to wake Houdini the Owl so he can clear the clouds, thus allowing you to expand your land, unlock new characters and gain new items. To obtain the bells, you have to fill orders to obtain silver, brass, gold and black bells. Well, I'm stuck right now because, despite having three trains to fill orders and being at Level 17, the only bells I now keep getting are silver bells. That'd be great if we were dealing with Christmas but c'mon! Every bell I get is only silver?!
Now, I read a reviewer who described the same problem I'm having and the developer's response was that they make the game so you can pass it without having to spend gems or real money. I wish that were true. And yes, I contacted Support about this and have yet to hear from them. For that reason, my rating is two-stars. I don't hate it; I just wish I could move on without having to spend gems or real money.Show lessST4CoolGames
Could be an awesome game!
I have been playing for a while now. Currently level 43. This is one of the few games I did not lose interest in within a couple weeks. The clubs you can join and compete in races with is half the fun for me. With the chat being broken and showing up rarely has made it not as fun. The same glitch is happening with all my club mates, we have put tickets in with just the generic fix reply and nothing else when replying it does not help. I have spent money in game to help myself and others to finish race tasks faster, but no more. Where is the customer service?!?!Show lessxxBadCatxx
Plz finish the race
This has been a fun game, but it appears that it has been abandoned by the developers. To the developers: It would be nice if you would finish it first the club races, maybe set it up to start fresh every year. At this point it would take minimal coding and would keep the game playable. Otherwise I will be avoiding all Jam City games in the future. Finish what you start.Show lessTyler Smith99
GAME REMOVED FROM DEVELOPERS WEBSITE
This game has been removed from JamCity Website. No response from support, no updates for nearly four months. Still tries to sell in app purchases. 100's of us have tried to get a straight answer after being stuck for months. Same old generic response IF they bother to reply at all. Still keep getting told to raise a ticket. Still get no replies.

I quit the game. It’s a TOTAL FRAUD. My account has been split. The last 16 days have been dreadful. The Support options are restrictive and don’t allow new glitches to be reported once one has been sent. I followed instructions. I Disengaged from face book. Closed app. Powered down. Opened the app. Linked to Facebook. Rejoined my team.
Now there are 3 of me on the game. Support rejects mails.
UPDATE My game now has 3 accounts. 2 clones
An email from the DEVELOPERS offered a me a link to chat, but it went to Support. Fingers crossed.Show lessMaz Zamba

Love this game. It’s a great time waster where you can spend as much or as little time playing as you like and it doesn’t require spending a fortune on it to play.
But.....I am at the max level and have been for a while and there have been no updates for over 3 months. Emails sent to customer service are not answered. The game doesn’t appear on the game developers website. So..is this game still supported by Jam City (the game devs) ...or have they abandoned it without advising players? An answer would be greatly appreciated as a number of players are becoming disgruntled and they are speculating on if their money is being taken when there may not be any support for the game. No new levels update for 3 months!
I did love playing until I reached level 71, now I’m stuck waiting for an update so I can advance. It’s getting boring with no actual goal to work towards and tbh the only reason I still play is to help my teammates out with the races. Ups and downs in Glitch City
I really love this game and have been playing for over a year now. I enjoy the races and the quests to rescue new kitties. The reason for a 4 instead of 5 is that there have been tons of glitches lately. Last race 1/2 my teammates couldn’t claim their prizes then they ended up with 500 of everything which was useless because storage only allowed 250 so you couldn’t use the stuff they gave you, you had to sell everything so you had room to store your items you were making for the quests. This round of races was going great. I finished all the levels and was working on the bonus. I was two earrings from completion when the race reset itself to the beginning!!!! So annoyed that I am seriously thinking of deleting this app permanently. Which is a shame because the game is fun otherwise but who wants to spend hours making something and have it messed up on the end? I even put real money into this game weekly because I like it so much. Otherwise I wouldn’t complain so much. I’ve submitted tickets too and they never answer past the auto response that it was received. Please fix this game before everyone decides to quit it.Show lessaligurl75
