Mileage reporting could be made easier
Reporting mileage in Wheels was much easier. It would auto populate my estimated mileage odometer, total miles driven and do the calculation for business miles after I plugged in my personal miles.

Constant issues
Lots of errors, passwords always needing to be reset when you try to enter info but not when you log in. This app needs a lot of work, the security questions aren’t even ones I picked so hard to reset password…this happens a lot. I dread the first of the month because I know this issue will come up again.Show lessBigdawg1332
My thoughts on the app
I’m new to this company car and app for mileage and service work. So far I like it, for reporting mileage. I’m about to see how the service portion is, as I’m so for a oil change. My old company car gave coupons to know when your supposed time do maintenance. I miss that, as others in my company have reported different information to me. But I’m so for an oil change per the factory sticker and that is what I’m going by.

Doesn’t work
I’m expected to use this app to track my miles for my fleet vehicle. This company/service is garbage, and the app literally will not work. Been trying to submit information for the last 6 days, and nothing.
Don’t worry though, nobody from customer service will help either, so all good!JustWantThisToWork
Good app when it works
When it works it’s a great app. I’m able to log mileage, find service garages that accept the card abs find not only gas stations but what the price of gas is.
The down side is this app freezes like a deer in headlights and you can’t do anything but stare at the main screen.hdndnxncn
Unusable January 2022
Just freezes every time I try to use the app. No issues with any other app and I have deleted/ redownloaded with no improvement.
Just as frustrating as dealing with element holding up simple routine maintenance or ghosting me during a breakdown where I ended up just getting a tow myself and they got ahold of me the next day.Show lesselementsuxthx
Still Buggy
This app seems to be buggy every month I do my mileage. It forgets the password, shows the password being incorrect, I have to go lock the password up and put it in several times before it will take it. It’s supposed to use facial recognition now with the new phones but that doesn’t work either. How about working on this thing a little bit?Show lessElmotheHun
Doesn’t work
With and without Wi-Fi this app does not work. Freezes all the time I am unable to do anything on this app. As in it does not let me select anything on the entire page. Once in a while I’ll get an error sign other than that, it’s just frozen. I installed and uninstalled the app four times with no difference. I restarted my phone and opened the app in hopes of a log in or anything different but it takes me to the frozen page where I am unable to do anything. I had to call technical support and they just told me to do it via website. So there’s no purpose of me having this appShow lessMarc773Chi
Frozen on Home Screen
I’m not sure what’s happening lately but every time I open up the app it is stuck on the home screen and it says all of my tasks are up-to-date. I cannot tap on anything else unless I completely shut my phone down and restart it. My phone has the latest iOS software.

Absolutely Terrible
