Reverts to web version
The app reverts to web version and the only way to remedy this seems to uninstall then reinstall.

I can’t open the app it keeps crashing after log in details provided.
Not an app
This is a sad excuse for an app. This is a clunky website with a page header, not an app at all! Very slow and frustrating to use, I have to tap 8 prompts to login and it logs you out while your making calls from it.
