When it comes to support well can I say it is excellent.
I use it everyday to create contents and this app simply keeps on keeping on without failure.

Great app, just one minor annoyance
There are mainly two things missing in my case:
1) we can’t enter an html color code manually for subtitle text color - there is only a dot on a color matrix and getting a precise color is absolutely impossible. The html color code is already there, I would just like to be able to edit the code instead of dragging that horrible dot across millions of colors.
2) there is no option for adding an outside stroke to the subtitle text.
Other than that, I highly recommend this app!

Works well except for two major issues
The other issue is that for some reason when I try to use the app on my iPhone 12 mini I am only able to record in portrait mode with blurred background when NOT in 4k mode. I have reinstalled several times and it doesn’t make a difference. In 4k mode it works fine, but that generates really large files which I don’t need. How to fix?

Hi there, thanks for your feedback, but you can do everything you've mentioned in the free version of the app:- You can edit the size/width of the script box on the screen so that it's not so close to the edge - just use the slider bars to drag it to the right size and position for your needs. - Increasing the size of the font can sometimes help with making your eyes move less from side to side (do this in the app's settings menu). - You can also move the position of the script when recording in landscape mode to get the right position for looking straight at the camera (use the app settings menu to change the position). - Finally, you can increase/decrease the script scroll speed by using the + and - buttons on the bottom right of the recording screen. Hi there, thanks for your feedback. And yes, I have noticed that the voice scrolling does seem to slow down after long periods of use. I'm not entirely sure why this is and suspect it might be something on Apple's end to limit the use of this feature. I'm looking into other options for getting improved recognition as these issues are impacting a lot of people. I was very pleasantly surprised when the developer replied to me two days later offering to fix it— and then they did!
The app is the best I’ve tried in terms of how easy the teleprompter function is to use, that you can add captions, etc. and moreover the company is very responsive to customer issues!

Very good and productive tool for videos
