This bank is horrible!
Online banking never works, the customer is awful! When I call I have gotten a women with an accent twice who is not helpful at all and always seems aggravated. My sister and friend just mentioned that the are closing their account and so will I. They should Probably all get training: thanksfuccccku

I liked it better when my Zelle was separate from my app because it doesn’t always show up when I sign in or it takes forever to deposit whatever being sent or received.Alice4kids

Primitive and no functionality
This is the worst banking app I’ve ever used. It does ONE thing, let’s you look at your balance. I can’t deposit checks (the checks deposit app is an even worse joke since it won’t even let me join or log in or whatever), I can’t print statements, I can’t do anything but look at my account balance and see the items that passed thru my account. Why even bother?! Will probably only use this account for one thing and that’s to pay back a loan bc I can’t do anything else with it, and stay with my real bank checking account.Show lessSoflajo
