The “auto trace” feature isn’t even close to the flight of the ball, and when I tried to do it manually I almost threw my phone across the room because of how frustrating it is. Had high hopes but sadly I was quite let down.Dallypop99

What is going on?
The app has great potential, and the tools are actually very good, but I have a problem that I can’t seem to find any solution for.
Every time I import a video into the app, after analyzing and processing it, the app hands me an upside down video. It will analyze my shot, show me my line and when I click save, it inverts the video upside down, and the line is no where near accurate.
To add to this, there are no settings in the main menu to fix this. I have found nothing online that could fix this problem and I am left unable to use the app. I was really looking forward to add cool shot tracer reels to my page but I can’t figure put how to get it working properly.Show lessChiroFran

Tracing shots like on TV
Works great with the phone on a tripod. Just use it as in the tutorial and it works. Fully deserved 5 stars!memoriesflank
Garbage
Can’t even export a video from it, never traces it right all the settings are hard to manipulate, clunky at best don’t waste ur time. You literally can’t export videos from the appAwesomeman453
Is this a joke?
Can't even import a 3 second 1080 video. Go to my phone library, select the video, click done, and nothing. Tried numerous times and even did recent app update. Decided to record a video using the app. Recorded fine but when trying to edit the screen froze and the editing option and help search are terrible at best. Stay away from this app if you can. P.s. Hello, first of all this app COULD be great! But it acts like it’s been developed in the 90’s!! I have a iPhone 12 Pro and when I rotate my screen the sliders just are too close to the edges so I can’t use that app that way, and when I try to use it normally, the app either freezes or crashes, the shot tracer doesn’t even trace my shot even though I METICULOUSLY pin point the impact and landing spot, do all what the app says but it only traces after my swing 🥴 I trim a 30 second video down to 15 from my iPhone, but the app uses the whole 30 second video 🤷🏼♂️ and then on auto trim, it doesn’t even recognise a swing so the shot tracer goes and I’m just standing there in the video!?? Long story short, PLEASE UPDATE! Update for the modern phones and update the OS, for £5 we should expect as much, especially when this is for a sport that is popular and some (like myself) would use this for work.. com’on! This could be brilliant!!! It has potential!! On the other and, maybe I’m missing something and I’m the thing that’s wrong 😄👍🏼Show lessjim_mini7

It’s absolute trash. Downloaded the app months ago and have tried many times to trace shots and never was it able to do it. Not even once. I never left any reviews on apps but this one was frustrating as it couldn’t do the ONE THING it is designed forA_wah
