I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service, , I tried to do a return and followed the directions to go to my orders , there was nothing there and then at one point something about an exchange came up but no return. I’m so frustrated , I don’t know what to do. One thing I do know is, I will NEVER buy anything from this company again.Show lesscompletelt ticked off

Lovely dresses
This is my 3rd buy from FloryDay I did not get the app at the time but now I have it, it’s easy to use and both my other dresses came in the time that was stated, the dresses are very well made and lovely material. Would recommend their plus size dresses.Gypsyros08

Simple and awesome sells with decent or good quality
It’s just simple and they have really sweet styles that you can easily incorporate into your own style. I would always recommend to shop here and they always have awesome sales!!!Mayseemoua
Boot size
I have enjoyed shopping , the blouse and shoes seem to be top quality items, I am concerned about the she size, never ordered shoes using double numbers, I wear a size 9 M , if you have this size please this size, eager to receive this orderz arl
Difficult to negotiate
I love the products I have purchased but I personally find it very difficult to negotiate the app itself. If I try to look at past orders , or change my password it’s impossible to do for me .
I did get a very timely and positive response to my comments which was appreciated.JG1954

I got the app loved the clothes then my first order arrived one dress wasn’t quite what I was expecting but still overall I was happy this was my first internet shopping experience. I decided I loved one dress so much I would order it in a different colour on my next order. It was nothing like what I had ordered it was cheap nasty and not lace as described. I sought a refund and returned the item. This was in November it’s now January still NO REFUND!!! BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY AND APP!!Show lessPoppygirl74
