Zillion Whales takes money for nothing
I have had this game for over a year now. What was once fun is no longer there. I have paid for the remaining episodes only to keep being that “they will be out soon” Apparently, a year with my money is still not enough time to release a new episode. I have asked for a refund, they refuse to do so. I asked Apple for a refund, they cannot do it after 30 days. So, basically Zillion Whales has taken my money and offered nothing in return. I have emailed Zillion Whales and an Ivan Shapovalov has responded with sarcasm and condescension. I emailed the CEO Andrey Korotkov, he doesn’t seem to care that they have essentially stolen my money as I have nothing to show for it. I am on a mission right now to get my money back. I will not stop until I have it. I plan on calling and emailing anyone associated with Zillion Whales until they admit they were wrong and give me my money back or until I become a thorn in their sides that I get my money back just to leave them alone. I will never again play another of their games if this is how they treat paying customers.

I love this game I got it when it was first released it has had lots of updates since it was released the game has changed over that time the multiplayer especially having had it for a few years it is definitely worth downloading i have racked up hundreds of hours with lots of wins excitement glory & fun and losses anger rage & frustration ha it is the only game I keep going back to most I get bored with the time waiting for things to do or the structure of the game as it’s based around dlc or paying for more saying that I’m disappointed with the new update it saddens me that as with most apps the gems/coin system is slowly taking over with MW2 aswell so now I can’t play for hours and hours with my favourite character without paying but overall it still deserves 5 stars as I personally have had over 400 hours in matches which is more than enough for a free game u used to be able to play for an hour or more without running out of gems/charge now u can literally play a single match and that’s ur character out all mine are level 5 but I’m so used to playing with one it’s brought my stats right down but I’m sure any new players will be more used to mixing up who they play with and possibly still get an hour or so freeplay which is quite good Still for a free app just not for me I’d prefer to go back to the previous update and have 30 specials than the 12 I have now .
