New features but few are missing, you can not see you updated balance.
Still sucks!
Kindly place the amount which is due instead of just 0... seems like the app made my a 15 year old, and the user experience is the worst. Stop showing that ugly avatar. Cant even unsubscribe or subscribe to anything.
Fraud scam
I use weekly hybrid lbc Punjab offer in package Zong shows 50 min on all networks but Zong give only 10 to 15 min shame shame for scam if you won’t give us all min then why you show in package details
Not good app
Its so basic & sometimes it has error when open ...very bad app
Speed and Interruptions
From 4G I expect fast speed with no interruptions but most of the times it’s not like that

Bad functionality app
After a long time they modified the app and come up with new interface. But functionally is still zero. I can’t believe the company calming the biggest data network in Pakistan has released the untested version of app. Where the data connectivity at the slowest side and even some end point not even configured. Again poor deveoper team come up with zero integrity of application. And sadly PTA has no check on the company credibility and poor services.

Bad service
Very bad service, the company will reduce your balance without any call or using Internet. Even the Zong app doesn’t show you the history. I have complained so many times but it didn’t work out. I will highly recommend other connections.
Get rid of the avatar
The update is great, made it overall easier to find what you need but dear god why the avatar? After eating up Rs. 10 as tax and then still charging tax on bundles, you give us these avatars like it’s a good thing?
Where do I even start from about how annoying it is and then there isn’t even an option to remove it!
The avatar (all equally creepy) keep popping up to give facial affirmations every time you do something on the app which is so redundant as if we are back at kindergarten being patted on the back for colouring within in the lines.
And don’t even get me started with the expressions the avatars give, those creepy smirks every-time I get a bundle as if we just got away with a crime or something.
You guys need fire who ever in your marketing department came up with that because this was a terrible and lets be honest absolutely useless addition to make and shame on you for letting it get this far.
I’m surprised you guys didn’t jump on the current situation and make them wear masks too to make them “relatable”. This is not a suggestion btw, do not feed this gremlin any further!
I can’t even imagine the disappointment the developers who were told to make these went through, they must be going over their life choices thinking where they went wrong to end up making this.

False advertisement, misleading
They don’t give you any 4GB DATA, I tried the app for the first I didn’t got any type of free data, they’re just lying.
