Pretty f* up service
Overall very bad service,they are robbing people or there system f*up, balance protect service is hocks.
As soon electricity load shading starts, no network after 20minutes. We are experiencing this at khanpur(multan).
They subscribe old packages which you don’t use anymore, Example: WhatsApp Rs:50 if you are using Rs300 weekly package, do you need f* WhatsApp package? Either they need donations like our government or they love to robe common man.
Overall they provide f*up service by not maintaining their cellphone towers.

The new app is better design wise but does not show any e bill or the amount due. It is just worthless for postpaid customers.
Gui not mantained
Dear, all gui functions are overlaped in main screen.
Font size not compatible with phone font size.
No proper information appears regarding amount/ bill.

Slow, bland interface. Awful online recharge experience. Buggy, inconsistent. Not once have i been able to recharge online smoothly. Hope they improve

The app UX has been uplifted while objectifying women as you swipe through the new features’ demo.
In addition, the app looks good, though the QA team lacks.
Like like this app was made by a graduate student during 3rd semester. Everything’s scattered around. No pleasing or even qabool -soorat UI/UX implemented whosoever.
However, if and when possible - most of the required information can be accessed through this app.

Recent update wiped all of my logged in accounts and I had to start from scratch again

Meine zong app install ki hwi hai..us k throw mn whtsapp offer un-sub krna cha raha hn but page bar bar neechy ho jata hai..very very poor service..cntct with me on personal call
New Design
The new design is a lot better. However, there still seems to be teething issues as most things are not loading. Once rectified, this app will be a 5.
