Does offer tips but there isn’t actually a free trial and I couldn’t find a restore purchases button
This app definitely scans things like it’s supposed to and it has helped me identify some vegan stuff when I needed help, as well as given helpful advice for new vegans, but somewhere along the line I found out I needed to back up my phone or possibly restore it and when I re-downloaded the app on my iPod to test to make sure I could restore The purchase of my subscription instead of having to pay for a new subscription altogether at the same time I am paying for an existing subscription, I didn’t see one. Also, there was no two month free trial. It charged my account immediately. I looked for some kind of support/customer service team to notify about this and couldn’t find anything. This app is garbage
It just sits on the loading screen and never advances from that after scanning the simplest of items. Like come on! If I’m paying for this, then it need to have a much larger database and MUCH faster processing. And not have the customer have to do the WORK of manually putting stuff in to your database for you! Especially considering we’re paying for it. We don’t work for this app or it’s developer so why should we have to do the apps job for it??? Makes no sense.Show lessgayreich™
Doesn't work! No free trial!
I downloaded this to try out the scanner feature. After opening the app, it offered me a 2 month free trial and then a paid subscription after that. So I did it to try it out but it charged my account right away for the year subscription, so I did not get to try it out first. Then, the scanner DOESN'T WORK! Every time I scan an item it either crashes or says "Looking for your product..." and apparently never finds it because the screen never changes after that. Very disappointed and I would like my money back but the develop says subscription are non-refundable!Show lessJairoChavezJr
Free Trial? Apparently not
Wanted to do the free trial but my apple pay was charged for $20. I did NOT want to pay for the app at all, I wanted the two month free trial it was offering on the screen. No way to contact support through the app and it didn’t even give me information on the one thing i did scan with it. GIVE ME A REFUND, I don’t want this stupid app.Show lessladyadorkable

Don’t be fooled by the huge amount of high ratings. The app doesn’t work. I attempted to scan all sorts of common things and no results ever comes up. Also from the looks of it.... 1) I’m not the only one. 2) when it did work in the past for other people it was really just a crowdsourcing app for a binary decision of yes/no for vegan status. 3) you will get charged like $20 immediately and it’s not easy/possible to get refunded. Not impressed
I downloaded the app and did a free trial. I canceled my subscription within a day and was still charged $20. The app is outdated and lagged like crazy. It didn’t recognize most of the items I scanned so that’s when I canceled my subscription and deleted the app. Just Google something if you want to check it, way easier.Show lesseveryusernameistaken83
doesn’t work, and scammed me!
whenever I try to scan a product it just says “looking for your product” and never loads. no matter how good my wifi is or anything it simply will not load and continues on the same page indefinitely. it also said that I could get a 2 month free trial but it charged me right away!! I now have to dispute the charge with apple / my credit card which is extremely frustrating and a waste of my time.Show lessIwillcutyou🔪
Terrible, don’t waste your time.
I downloaded this app in hopes that it would help me on my new journey towards becoming vegan. There is nothing on the app that is advertised and the features don’t work. You scan the product and it just loads, and then nothing.
The app said you could get a free trial and I was automatically charged for this. I cannot find anyway to contact the developer or customer support and am writing a review in hopes of getting a refund.

I recently purchased this app thinking it was gonna be an actual vegan product app and was excited about the free trial they offered. Needless to say they lied about the free trial and it doesn’t even tel you whether a products is vegan or not. It just asks you to vote for whether you “think” it’s vegan or not. What a complete waste of money. THE GOOD NEWS!!! Is that any one who bought this game can get a refund, just message apple and file a claim. Got my money back this morning.Show lessyya001
No use
After downloading the app you have to immediately agree to a subscription to see any content. It’s supposed to have a free trial period, but no, you get charged immediately for a year subscription. I scanned a few items and the app asks YOU if you “think” the food is vegan or not. Doesn’t actually tell you... and the recipes section... there’s about 5 or less.
